My Texas grandchild!

I've got him addicted to garlic shrimp and Pad Thai! He had Pad Thai for the first time Wednesday night and again Thursday night and has requested more for Friday night! Loves scallops, too!

Guess I'm the "cooking Gramma" and that's fine with me!
