Pad Thai turned out very well. Benjamin loved it! Came over expressly asking for shrimp! Discovered scallops! Figured out the sauce they use at the restaurant we like is made from fish sauce, sugar and vinegar. The one I bought at the Asian store is spicier although good.

Rice noodles are very interesting!

Will make some more from leftovers tonight.

Sugar is smart! Went into the corral with a feed bucket and Duke, Eubee and Sky all followed me while Sugar waited on the side. I put feed in one dish with the others attacked; Sugar followed me into the coral (the goats had already been lured outside) and waited while I put feed in another dish and ate while I did her ears. She indicated she didn't need the halter! And she was good!

Benjamin actually played with the goats! So maybe our investment will pay off in the long run!

Cut out the pattern pcs. for Jasmine--there are more than I thought and took longer than I thought. Want to get them ironed and they lay them out.

Need to feed inside critters and get ready!
